What to include
- The email address you sign in to Pista with, or whether you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Your Pista handle, if you have one.
- What you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
- For a match or a community: its name and the date.
- Your phone model and the app version, if the problem is in the app.
- Never a password or a sign-in code. Pista will never ask you for one.
Common requests
- Delete your account: in the app, or by email if you can’t open it.
- Your data rights: access, correction, deletion and the rest, under UK data protection law.
- Privacy Notice, Terms of Service and cookies and storage.
